The Center for Volunteer and Nonprofit Leadership helps bring community members, local businesses, and schools together with the Marin nonprofit and volunteer sector. We offer a variety of events and programs that foster connections and provide opportunities to serve.

Marin Human Race
Produced by the Center for the community, the Marin Human Race is the county’s largest collaborative fundraiser.  This fun 5K walk/run provides hundreds of Marin nonprofits, schools, and community members with an enjoyable way to raise funds and awareness.

Each year, the Heart of Marin Awards recognize outstanding leaders and volunteers in our community.

Marin Designers Showcase
Now in its fourth decade, the Marin Designers Showcase features Bay Area designers who, while honoring the character of the home, create spaces rich with original ideas and modern comforts.  Proceeds benefit the Center for Volunteer and Nonprofit Leadership's Volunteer Services.  The 2010 Marin Designers Showcase, which was held May 14-June 5, 2010.

Marin Nonprofit Conference
The Marin Nonprofit Conference is produced by the Center every other year. Our next Conference will be held in the fall of 2009.
