Description:
Good project management is an important skill for pulling together the scattered tasks and people working to accomplish a central goal. In this workshop you will find out how to define the project, organize the people and tools that will get the job done and lead the team to success. Through examples and interactive exercises you will learn the factors that contribute to success and the pitfalls to avoid. Takeaways include the tools for creating and implementing a project plan, as well as the keys to leading (rather than just managing) the project team.
