“I gained a solid understanding of the breadth and depth of knowledge that is required of non-profit leaders; from traditional administrative responsibilities such as HR and budgeting to the less-tangible but truly essential skills required to foster a positive, creative work climate.” -  Alaina Cantor, Novato Youth Center

“As a retired educational administrator, the ELP experience provided the information I needed regarding the leadership responsibilities of non-profit organization Executive Directors. The workshops were informative and useful; the presenters knowledgeable and motivating; my fellow participants interesting, informed and collegial.”  - William Levinson, Former Superintendent of Tamalpais High School District
