Who Should Apply?
The Marin Leaders Institute is designed for established nonprofit executives and faith community leaders who seek to:

• strengthen their authentic leadership abilities
• renew and deepen their passion and purpose in work
• engage in meaningful discussion with a trusted group of peers
• find more time and improve how they take care of themselves
• sustain themselves as leaders committed to making positive changes in the world

Eligibility

To qualify for participation, applicants must have a minimum of three years’ experience as an executive director of a nonprofit organization or as a lay/clergy leader of a faith community. Additionally, applicants must currently be working as an executive director or lay/clergy leader in a Marin-based organization, and have held their current position for at least one year.
