Headlands Institute Conference and Retreat Center is a certified Green

The Nonprofits' Insurance Alliance of California (NIAC) is a 501 (c)(3)
nonprofit organization which was established in 1989 to provide liability
insurance coverages exclusively for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organizations
in California. NIAC provides a stable source of reasonably priced liability
insurance, with coverages tailored to the specialized needs of the nonprofit
sector. NIAC also assists these organizations to develop and implement
effective loss control and risk management programs. NIAC is part of the
Nonprofits Insurance Alliance (NIA) Group of Companies.
NIAC currently insures more than 5,600 nonprofits in California and wrote
