Master Volunteer Program (MVP)
In October, 2004 the Center for Volunteer and Nonprofit Leadership
launched Masters of Marin, a new volunteer program for older adults. In
May of 2007 the Center received a $40,000 national grant to find ways
to place more seniors in leadership roles. This program taps the skills
and experience of older adult volunteers by matching them with local nonprofit
and public agencies. By registering for this program, volunteers will
have access to matching consultations, networking opportunities, group
service projects and volunteer recognition events. Contact Liz Rottger
